How rewards work

When submitting a project, you'll set the rewards you want to offer fans — from digital thank-yous to money-can't-buy creative experiences.

Once your project is approved, your filmmaker rewards are featured directly in the Story Inc. Rewards Store — alongside platform rewards like movie tickets and streaming subscriptions. Fans browse the store and redeem their Story Cash for the rewards they want.

Getting your rewards live

Once your project is approved, we'll work with you to gather everything needed to feature your rewards in the Story Inc. Rewards Store — including images, descriptions, and quantities — so fans can find and redeem them with their Story Cash.

Fulfilling your rewards

When a fan redeems one of your rewards, we'll work with you directly to make it happen. Every reward is handled on a case-by-case basis — whether that's coordinating a set visit, arranging logistics, or connecting you with a fan's shipping details for merchandise. Our goal is to make fulfillment as smooth as possible for both you and your fans.
