Twelve years after the Holy War began, Paul Atreides rules a universe — and learns what it costs to be a messiah. Paul Atreides sits on the Imperial throne, his Fremen jihad having swept across the Known Universe. Chani carries his child. His sister Alia walks at his side. But a Tleilaxu Face Dancer and the Bene Gesserit are weaving a conspiracy to bring him down. Denis Villeneuve concludes his trilogy with an adaptation of Frank Herbert's Dune Messiah. "If the first movie was contemplation and the second was a war movie, this one is a thriller," Villeneuve says. In IMAX December 18, 2026.
