Helen Webb survived last Christmas, but her cover didn't come through clean. Now her husband is about to become prime minister, and Helen is still feeding his secrets to the Black Doves. When her handler is targeted by a ruthless plot inside the organization, Helen turns to the one person she trusts: Sam, her best friend and a fallen hitman. Their hunt for answers leads back through old enemies and past sacrifices. It raises one question: what will two friends risk to protect the people they love?
